The Urban Mobility of the Future
An LEZ is a for the purpose of reducing pollution and improving the air quality of cities. In 2023 they will be implemented in all municipalities with more than 50,000 inhabitants in Spain.

According to EU climate regulations, all municipalities with more than 50,000 inhabitants in Spain must have their own LEZ in place and in operation by the end of 2023.
The parks and rides were created as a complement to be able, in some cases for free and in others at cheap rates, to park your vehicle in car parks that are very well connected to major public transport links (metro interchanges, bus stops, suburban stations) and promote this form of mobility around the city so that the concentration of pollution decreases and air quality is improved.
There are 5 types of badges: A (no label) B, C, ECO and ZERO
The environmental badges that will be are: A (no label) B and C. The A (no label) badge will have the most restrictions and the first to be banned from circulation in cities
In turn, the least affected environmental badges will be: ECO and CERO.
There are currently a total of 6 municipalities in Spain that have one or more low emission areas in operation.
